Avalanche Course

Trying to round up group of 8 to do an Avalanche safety course given by Chuck Olbery from Hokkaido Powder Guides who is a qualified instructor and a member of the Canadian Avalanche Association . Great course

Where : Furano, Hokkaido

cost : Y20,000 pp for course

length of course : Two days

number of people : 8 ( there is a limit so be quick to book your space )

Transport to Furano : Car pool ( if you have a car and can take people please let me know, people can chip in for gas )

Accommodation in Furano : Stay Alpine lodge ( Backpackers ) Y2,700 pp for Dormitory room .

Meals : if everyone chips in we can buy food in Furano and cook our meals at the lodge or head out somewhere Sat night ( TBA )
