hi i've been living in tokyo for 1 yr now and want to learn how to surf - trouble is- i speak very little nihongo so hoping to find instructors who can teach in a little english in chiba.

Hey my friend Tsutomu has his own sea kayak/surf school down there. I just took a lesson two weeks ago and it was sooo much fun. He speaks fluent English, so you shouldnt have a problem

I usually go to Ibaraki but I hear the water is a little bit warmer in Chiba.
