Hello Everybody,

my brother is coming to Japan next week (for two weeks) to visit me here and he's sort of a surf nut (on top skateboarding, snowboarding...). I'd like to hook him up with some pals who are as crazy about the whole surf thing as he is.

I am just the older brother knowing nothing at all about it. I care for running and sportbikes but that doesn't cut it for him.

I am living in central Tokyo and would be more than happy if somebody out there could get me started on trips, spots, rides and whatever it takes to conquer some decent waves without dying in a typhoon.

We are beginers but like surfing and outdoor sports.
We always go surfing to Kujyukuri in Chiba or Shounan in Kanagawa .

you might also want to contact Eugene Teal in the Outdoor Operators section. He was the longboarding champ a couple years ago and has a school, rental gear and a place to crash out in Chiba.
