Hello from Germany! This is Ingos little brother and I have a few questions concerning buying surfboards in Tokyo:

I'm looking for a 6.2-6.4; 18 1/2; 2 1/4 Shortboard. I'm arriving at Tokyo on Sunday and will stay there for two weeks. The board can be used but should be in good condition. It has to be cheap, because here in Europe you can buy high quality surfboards which cost less than half of the boards in Tokyo. What about renting a good board in Japan or buy used ones? No BIC boards please...
