Fellow IKUsters, sportsmen and women,

Tonight I made a new friend whose name is Hisayoshi Tamada. He is a qualified Acupuncturist and Sports Massagist - and he's GREAT!

I was recommended to him by a colleague at work and went for my first session tonight. He gave me a careful diagnosis (after researching ultimate frisbee online whilst I got changed!) for my shins/legs which have been hurting for months, and a cracking sports massage, then taped me up and sent me home. I plan to go back reguarly and continue with his healing treatments. Next week is acupunture! Yeah!

If you have any aches, pains or lingering injuries I HIGHLY recommend Tamada-sensei. I've been to other places before but this dude is the best I've seen so far.

I only spoke to him in Japanese so I am not sure how much English he speaks but his website is in Engl too so I guess he is open to foreign patients too - don't be shy - give him a call and let's be a happy, healthy IKU team!!!
