We are in process to open the "Pinnacle rock gym" in Yokohama aera.
This is a new concept of gym that we would like to develop : the gym is inside a shopping mall, and would have 5-6 faces of bouldering wall, 10m of Top rope and lead wall(3-4 faces), kids wall, shop, and coffee shop.

Conditions are:
1:At least 3 years of climbing experience.
2:Fluent Japanese with good managing skills(w/ properly visa. no visa support) Any nationality is OK. 日本人の方も大歓迎です。
3:Great communication skills.
4:Very creative for any events.
5:Very passionated for climbing indoor and outdoor.
6:Planning to live in Japan for a while.

Possible opening is Sep 19 (we will confirm the schedule by the end of May)
Work starts one month before for PR and others.
