Hello My name is Leon Roode aka The Hokkaido Bush Pig

I am the head guide in Hokkaido for Japan Adventures.

I have been guiding trips in Hokkaido for non-japanese for over 10 years and know the area and mountains and trails very well , I also have a partner who run hikes and adventures around the Tokyo area.

I can do anything from hard core multi-day treks, family camping trips, relax camping with day hikes, bike trips, soft adventures, I can tailor-make any type of trip for you.
We can supply all gear in Hokkaido, tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, etc. we have a great network of local onsens that we use and all the camping grounds and details on Hokkaido
