Hello! I'm going to Japan this Sunday for 6 weeks and I'm taking my board this time (Lush Tula). I'll be staying mainly in Saitama with my parents but will be up in Tokyo quite a bit too. Also going to Okinawa for a few days and Osaka possibly.

Skaters from these areas, please give me tips on skate locations etc.

As I don't have my longboard with me, I'm not too keen on steep downhills. I'm looking for a nice butter smooth surface which I can carve on.

Also anyone who wants to join me let me know!

Thanks!

Emi

oh I am Japanese by the way. Smiler (born in japan, brought up in uk)

Hey longboarders!

During the summer of 2009, from 15th July till 15th
September, and for the third time in a row, we're
going to make a long course journey by longboard
skate!

It's a 1000 kms trip, and this year, conversely to the
former years, we chose the inner country, with it's
beautiful landscapes and mountain roads. This year,
the level has increased.

We're inviting all the longboarders to the fiercest
journey you could dream of. The craziest drops, the
highest mountains, deep Portugal.

All you need is your longboard, a small tent and a
backpack. Though it's a 2 months trip, you can chose a
week to visit the region you prefer in our country.

You don't ride a longboard? Nevermind! You can always
drive our van... we would apreciate your company!

It's gonna be wild, so be prepared to the wild life!
