Now about 29 people ( 10 men, 20 women). This has happened often before - women sign up early and guys always seem to sign up last. Got until Saturday 8th Jul. to join up to be sure of a place.


Now reserved bungalow accommodation for 40 people which needs to be filled.
Any people who want to join after Saturday may be asked to pay 2000yen more than stated price to cover costs of booking extra bungalows that might not be filled (and the hassle of reorganizing things).
Payment starts from next Monday by bank transfer.

Events
There will be easy events organized for Saturday and Sunday - people are welcome to join for a day trip only. Probably 1* and 2** hikes with beginners sawanobori and rock climbing. Sunday maybe also a hike to limestone caves south of Mitake San followed by onsen.Sake brewery tour and tasted can also be booked for up to 10 people.

Location
Buttress Campsite near Hatonosu station a few stops before Okutama. About 30 minutes walk from the station along a forest path.

Cost
4500 yen (until Sat. 8th Jul.) for bungalow room, drinks and outdoor bath (also hot shower).
Plus... bring food to BBQ that costs 2000yen.
Extras not included are futon, sheets. You can rent cheaply - pay yourself at the campsite.
Can also bring your own mattress and sleeping bag or sheet.

Bringing your own tent costs 3500yen (space limited)

Any left over money will be returned to participants Sunday morning after breakfast. People who cancel after payment may receive some money back after the BBQ but depends on final costs.

Lots of things to do around the campsite and the annual weather statistics give 88% sunshine for that weekend. Everyone will have to help cook and do other volunteer jobs to make things run smoothly.

Food System
Everyone spends 2000yen on something they want to cook for the BBQ or breakfast. You can make anything you like. For some dishes it is better to share the cost with a few other people to make it better - you can do this by using the IAC message board. If you have a good idea for a dish just post a message and ask people to join you! If you want to join in making a dish just post a reply.
Organize yourselves in small groups for preparing the recipe, shopping for the ingredients ... and cooking the dish.
Things like salt, pepper, oil and rice etc can be bought by organizers - just let me know.

7月22日（土）・23日（日）：申込み受付開始！

残念ながら、この日程ではフードコーディネーターが参加できない為、今年は少し違ったシステムになります。
"非公式"にした理由は、9月か秋口に別途クリス・トヨハシさんの準備するブラジルスタイルのバーベキューを開催するかも知れないからです。

場所
バトラスキャンプ場 鳩ノ巣駅近く（奥多摩駅より2駅手前）駅から森の小道を30分くらい歩いたところです
最近行った最高の場所です！ここは昔IACのBBQのサイトとして定期的に利用していました。

費用
4500円 バンガロー、飲み物、アウトドア風呂（シャワー有り）

BBQの食料2000円
費用に含まれていないのは、フトン、シーツ、毛布。キャンプサイトで安くレンタルできます。支払いは各自キャンプサイトにて。

OCJテントでキャンプする場合、費用は変わりませんが、自分のテントを持ってくる場合は費用は3500円です。(スペースに限りがあります)

(費用詳細:　部屋代2000円、お風呂/シャワー300円、飲み物1200円、調理器具500円、予備費用500円)
余ったお金は日曜日の朝食後に参加者にお返しします。支払い完了した後にキャンセルをした方には、BBQ終了後に返金することになりますが、返金する金額は最終的な費用計算によります。
支払いは銀行振り込みです（7月）

キャンプサイト周辺では、色々なアクティビティーを行なうことができます。年間天気予報では88%が晴れという統計になってます。事をスムーズ進めるために、すべての人が料理の手伝いやボランティアの仕事を行なうようになります。

食事のシステム
すべての人がBBQと朝食に2000円使用します。自分の食べたいものをつくることができます。
いくつかの料理は何人かで費用をシェアして作るといいと思います-IACのメッセージボードを使用して行なうことができます。もし料理のよいアイディアがあれば、メッセージを掲示して他の人に参加を呼びかけてください！もし料理をつくることに参加する場合は、そのメッセージに返信してください。
自分達で小さいグループを作り、レシピを準備し、買い物や料理を行なってください。
塩、こしょう、オイル、お米などは主催者で準備することもできます-必要な場合はお知らせください。

参加者定員
バンガローの予約数を追加することも可能ですが、近日中に行なう必要があります。サインアップを早めに行なわない場合は、参加できない場合があります。現在のバンガローは40人分で予約してあります。テントのスペースは約12名分です。
他のバンガローもありますが、40人分のスペースが埋まってからの予約になります。
最大数は約70-80人ですが、申込み受付をすぐに行なった場合によりますので、遅い申込みの場合はこの数は保証できません。現在約15人の方から参加の連絡を受けています。
