Outward Bound Japan offer Wilderness Advanced First Aid course in March. It is the official course run by Wilderness Medical Associates(WMA) in the states. http://www.wildmed.com/
it is 4days course and you can get qualification after you pass the exam in the course. The courses are scheduled one is in Mikata Hyogo Pref. 24th to 27th and another is in Hidaka Hokkaido Pref. 31st to 3rd April. If you need more infomation, please send e-mail to hamatani@obs-japan.org
