Hello,
I'm looking at coming over to Japan from Korea for a few days to do some skateboarding and tour around a bit. I was thinking I would go to Fukuoka because I can take a hydrofoil ferry from Busan (inexpensive) and I figured Fukuoka would be warmer than Tokyo.

I've never been to Tokyo or Fukuoka but I've been to Osaka and Kyoto before. How is Tokyo this time of the year? Do you think I would have a better time there?

Any information or advice is greatly appreciated.

Fukuoka isn't too bad during the winter time, I lived in Nagasaki (just south of there) for about a year and the winters were pretty mild in comparison to some other places around Japan. No snow fall.... can get a little icy but that is about the extent of it
